Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market dominance
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, neural interfaces) and translate insights into strategic initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with global tech leaders and research institutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to the board of directors
- Design risk mitigation frameworks for technological disruption scenarios
- Mentor junior strategists and build the next generation of innovation leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or equivalent innovation roles
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Executive-level communication ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic technology implementations
