Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026+ technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position InnovateForward as a technology pioneer
- Develop innovative frameworks for digital transformation across product, operations, and customer experience
- Forge strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology vision and progress to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives with measurable business impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
