Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems)
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-proof architecture into development lifecycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups and research institutions
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee implementation of sustainability-focused tech initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists in future technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech forecasting
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience with scenario planning and technology adoption frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, IoT)
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in forecasting tools
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
