- Mentor a team of 15+ PhD-level researchers and engineers
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products (> $1B revenue)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Security clearance for classified government projects
