Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligning with market evolution and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-digital interfaces) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions in sustainable tech and human-machine symbiosis
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for early-stage technology access
- Present technology roadmaps and future impact analyses to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive organizational change management to prepare teams for technological paradigm shifts
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment landscapes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two transformative technology initiatives
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and board-level decisions
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Published research or thought leadership on technology evolution (2025-2030 horizon)
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
