- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and prototype engineers
- Monitor emerging tech landscapes through competitive analysis and academic partnerships
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ in future-tech planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record launching commercialized tech innovations
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Executive-level stakeholder management experience
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or futurism
- Experience building and scaling R&D teams (15+ members)
- Strong understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
