Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and organizational goals
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and disruptor threat assessments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or defense)
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
