Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030 horizon) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen technologies
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business growth objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for emerging tech sectors
- Design innovation frameworks for integrating quantum/AI into existing products
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with 5+ year impact potential
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong data analytics skills with ability to interpret complex market signals
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Strategy) preferred
