Responsibilities
- Research and forecast disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web4.0) for 2026 market readiness
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning tech innovations with business objectives and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen solutions
- Analyze competitor landscapes and regulatory trends to position Innovatech as an industry leader
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, blockchain)
- Experience building tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies or high-growth startups
