Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential (quantum, bioAI, neuromorphic computing)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Analyze patent landscapes and competitive technology ecosystems
- Present innovation frameworks to investors and board members
- Drive adoption of ethical AI and responsible innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong stakeholder management at executive level
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
- Prior experience in venture capital or corporate innovation labs
