- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into scalable commercial solutions
- Present futuristic technology frameworks to C-suite and external stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental R&D
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years focused on emerging tech (quantum, AI, Web3)
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning) and horizon scanning
- Certification in AI ethics, blockchain architecture, or quantum computing fundamentals
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., Nature Futures, IEEE Spectrum)
- Experience scaling tech teams across 3+ continents
