Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing frontier technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with federal technology grant programs (SBIR, DARPA)
- Certification in Technology Futures Analysis (TFA) preferred
