Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech transformation strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting futuristic concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience managing innovation pipelines and scaling experimental technologies
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
