Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in emerging tech adoption (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0)
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for next-gen technologies
- Present strategic technology briefings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage innovation budgets and ROI projections for futuristic initiatives
- Establish ethical guidelines for experimental technology deployment
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-readiness into current offerings
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in emerging tech implementation (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight designation preferred
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with agile development in futuristic contexts
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation journals
