- Develop patent portfolios for proprietary quantum algorithms

- Present strategic visions to investors and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AGI
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Experience with international tech policy and ethical frameworks
