Responsibilities
- Design and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market predictions and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough innovations (quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging tech trends (Web4.0, AGI frameworks, decentralized systems)
- Develop patent strategies for proprietary AI/ML models and sustainable computing architectures
- Present technology forecasts to investors and board members with ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with research institutions (MIT, Stanford, etc.) for collaborative R&D
- Ensure all initiatives align with ESG principles and UN Sustainable Development Goals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven success in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, generative AI ethics, or biotech convergence
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals or equivalent industry white papers
- Experience securing $50M+ in technology innovation funding
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Haskell)
- Portfolio demonstrating leadership in scaling technologies from concept to market
