Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum AI, Web4.0, neuro interfaces) to develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing moonshot projects with $10M+ budgets
- Partner with C-suite to align technology investments with market expansion into APAC and EU
- Establish KPIs for innovation velocity and track ROI on R&D initiatives
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members quarterly
- Champion ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech practices
- Mentor senior engineers on future-proof architecture principles
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with >$500M revenue impact
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE) or patents in strategic tech
- Advanced degree in CS, Engineering, or Business with specialization in foresight methodologies
- Experience scaling global teams across 5+ continents
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and enterprise architecture frameworks
