Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Spearhead the creation and execution of the long-term technology roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals for the upcoming years.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure capable of handling enterprise-grade growth.
- AI & ML Integration: Lead the integration of advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models to enhance product performance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential technical debt and security risks early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java, with a strong understanding of microservices architecture.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to look beyond current trends and anticipate future technological shifts (2026 outlook).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
