Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business growth targets.
- Lead architectural assessments for emerging technologies, specifically Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge IoT integration.
- Collaborate with product management to translate high-level business strategy into technical execution plans.
- Oversee the modernization of legacy systems to ensure scalability and security for future demands.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Present technical visions to stakeholders and non-technical audiences with clarity and persuasion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices.
- Proven track record of strategic foresight and adapting to rapid technological shifts.
- Experience with AI/ML model deployment and large-scale data infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between engineering and executive leadership.
