Responsibilities
- Architect and implement next-generation AI systems with 2026 deployment horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Design sustainable tech solutions for carbon-negative operations
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 5-year impact
- Develop patentable innovations in neuromorphic computing or bio-integrated tech
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to C-suite and venture partners
- Mentor junior researchers through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI/quantum systems
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Published research at NeurIPS, Nature, or equivalent tier
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with federal grant applications (DARPA, NSF preferred)
