- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing rapid prototyping and validation cycles
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technological disruption readiness
- Forge strategic alliances with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in technology strategy at Fortune 500 scale
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in trend forecasting methodologies
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets
