Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology adoption across AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation timelines
- Manage partnerships with academic labs and R&D consortia for breakthrough research
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen solutions in enterprise environments
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation incubation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in future technologies (patents, journals, keynotes)
