Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2025-2027 horizon)
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Identify and evaluate disruptive market trends through data-driven analysis
- Develop commercialization frameworks for experimental technologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present technology visions to executive stakeholders and investors
- Ensure ethical compliance and sustainability in all innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication with executive/board experience
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation domains
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation ecosystems
