Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with corporate vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating disruptive technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech partnerships, M&A opportunities, and venture investments
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board with data-driven risk/benefit analysis
- Establish KPIs for innovation projects and track ROI through advanced analytics platforms
- Represent the company at global tech summits and shape industry discourse
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and innovation frameworks
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech innovation ecosystems
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics) required
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
