- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio balancing high-risk/high-reward initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record identifying and commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in futures thinking methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Experience building cross-functional innovation ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
