Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Proven track record launching commercialized AI/quantum/biotech solutions
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional proficiency in scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Experience managing $10M+ innovation portfolios with measurable ROI
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global collaboration
