Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Analyze emerging market trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Develop comprehensive business cases for technology investments with ROI projections
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Drive innovation culture through workshops and technology scouting initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends and translating them into business strategies
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling and scenario planning
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through technology transformation projects
- Certification in strategic management or technology forecasting preferred
