Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends in AI ethics, quantum security, and metaverse integration
- Lead cross-functional task forces to prototype next-gen solutions in decentralized finance and autonomous systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing labs and neurotechnology research institutions
- Drive innovation through patent development and publication in top-tier tech journals
- Mentor a diverse team of futurists and engineers in rapid prototyping methodologies
- Analyze global tech policy shifts to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven impact in emerging tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, neuro-interfaces, generative AI, or decentralized networks
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or 4IR implications
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to commercialization
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Portfolio demonstrating at least two commercialized breakthrough technologies
