Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or Systems Engineering
- 8+ years in tech strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech ethics
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms and neuromorphic computing
- Track record of scaling tech ventures to $100M+ ARR
- Certified in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and NIST AI frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
