Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business growth objectives
- Lead research and evaluation of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, etc.)
- Architect innovation frameworks for next-generation product development and service delivery
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with corporate vision
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints and hackathons to prototype future solutions
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present technology vision and roadmaps to stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, or Web3 infrastructure
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future trends
