Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 18-month implementation horizons
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AGI safety, and climate tech adaptation
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for emerging technology prototyping
- Present strategic vision to Fortune 500 clients and government stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proof methodologies and ethical frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum projects beyond MVP stage
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($1M+ awards)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
