Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy with quantum/AI specialization
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures to $100M+ valuation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (IBM/Google)
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and US regulatory landscapes
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
