- Develop and implement technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to integrate emerging innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs to measure technology ROI and innovation pipeline health

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, neuromorphic chips, or Web3

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
