- Conduct competitive analysis and market readiness assessments for emerging technologies
- Manage cross-functional innovation projects from ideation to pilot deployment

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, or biotech)
