Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and executive committees
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
