Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D to validate technical feasibility of future-facing concepts
- Present disruption scenarios to C-suite and board with data-driven risk/reward analyses
- Build cross-functional innovation ecosystems with academic and industry partners
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and industry conference keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within high-growth sectors
- Proven track record forecasting tech trends with 3-5 year accuracy
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets and managing cross-continental R&D teams
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry journals (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review)
