Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on AI integration, quantum computing applications, and sustainable tech adoption
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop implementation frameworks for pilot programs in partnership with engineering teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption ROI and innovation impact
- Manage vendor relationships with tech startups and research institutions
- Ensure all initiatives align with ESG principles and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management, with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven experience with AI, quantum computing, or blockchain implementation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or technology management preferred
