Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with company growth objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs and pilot projects with $5M+ annual budgets
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on technology ROI and market disruption
- Build and manage a global network of academic, startup, and corporate innovation partners
- Champion ethical AI deployment and sustainable technology integration across all business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, or biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and market disruption analysis
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and venture capital community
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences and investors
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
