Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech analysis (quantum/AI/blockchain experience essential)
- Strong data modeling skills with proficiency in forecasting tools
