Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum, and biotech innovations
- Lead moonshot projects targeting $1B+ market opportunities
- Partner with VCs, governments, and academic institutions for ecosystem building
- Translate complex scientific concepts into actionable business strategies
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies
- Present disruptive innovations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and future-focused workshops
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching category-defining products
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and investors
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
- Portfolio of 3+ technology commercialization successes
