Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology foresight initiatives to identify emerging trends with disruptive potential through 2026+
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market evolution
- Conduct deep-dive analyses of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, bio-integrated systems)
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-tech strategies into corporate planning and investment decisions
- Build and manage an innovation ecosystem including startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for cross-functional teams
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation pipeline success and ROI of future-tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting and implementing future-facing technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, or nanotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
