- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused technology investments
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across global operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2026-vision implementation
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Track record of scaling technologies from concept to commercial deployment
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CTO)
