Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-focused technologies including quantum AI integration and neuro-interfaces
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging tech trends and market disruption
- Partner with C-suite to align technology strategy with business objectives and ESG principles
- Manage cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and futurists in agile sprints
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present foresight analyses to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Drive ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring responsible deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2026-vision track record
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or decentralized AI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals

- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., from WFS or FTI)
