- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2026-forward solutions
- Present disruption analyses to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and lead a specialized future technologies task force
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Monitor global tech policy developments affecting 2026+ implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven 3-5 year forecasting success
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Proficiency in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
