Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market trends and organizational objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, bio-integrated AI)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation through to MVP implementation
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Collaborate with venture partners to scout and integrate startup innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech product development
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching innovative products from concept to market
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and scenarios
- Strong executive presence and persuasive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic technology initiatives or published research
