Responsibilities
- Design and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech verticals
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $50M+ budgets, ensuring alignment with ESG goals
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through competitive analysis and patent research
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, data scientists, and futurists
- Collaborate with global partners (MIT, NASA, EU Tech Council) on open-source innovation projects
- Measure KPIs including tech ROI, market penetration rates, and carbon footprint reduction
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology adoption
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions in Fortune 500 environments
