Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum algorithms, and synthetic biology
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., from Foresight Academy)
