You'll translate complex technological possibilities into actionable business strategies while ensuring alignment with our sustainability and inclusivity commitments.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and emerging trends
- Quantify ROI and risk profiles for emerging tech investments including AI, quantum, and biotech
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on technology adoption strategies
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes and ethical frameworks affecting emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and manage a network of technology innovators and academic researchers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of implementing transformative technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing C-level executives
- Certification in technology management or strategic foresight (e.g., CTO, CFRO)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology forecasting and implementation
