Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to define strategic opportunities for 2026+
- Develop and present compelling technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions with pilot programs
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure ROI and adoption of next-generation technologies
- Build and nurture partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies and develop mitigation strategies
- Deliver executive briefings on tech disruption risks and opportunities to the board of directors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 breakthrough technologies or products
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) strongly preferred
- Experience scaling tech initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth startup environments
