Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Identify emerging market gaps and create blueprints for disruptive solutions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Analyze global tech trends and competitor landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present visionary concepts to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA/MS/PhD preferred)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning abilities
